I've been renting for years and the recent hike just pushed me over the edge. Finally looking to buy in Greater Noida. I'm comparing RN Royal Apartment and Gaur Saundaryam. Both are completed, which is a plus. But I'm trying to figure out the actual carpet area efficiency. Do these two offer good usable space for the price? Also, for a 5-year outlook, which one looks better for appreciation? And what about rental potential? Which would attract tenants more easily and at higher rates? Any thoughts or experiences with either project would be super helpful.

I agree about the carpet area point. My cousin bought in Alistonia Estate a few years back, and their
Dekho yaar, completed bolte hain but possession date 2025? Ye toh common builder trick hai. Be very careful. Carpet area efficiency pe focus karo, builders often quote super built-up. Don't get swayed by fancy brochures. Gaur Saundaryam ka naam suna hai, but RN Royal ke baare mein zyada reviews nahi milte.
Bhai, Greater Noida is a great choice! Connectivity is improving like anything. I'm also looking there, but haven't finalized anything yet. RN Royal apartment ka location toh sahi hai, Alpha I ke paas hai shayad.

Haan bhai, Greater Noida is the future! RN Royal ka location accha hai, especially if you work towards Noida or Delhi side. Gaur Saundaryam is also good, but thoda interior side hai, connectivity may be an issue for daily commute. Both are in decent areas near Alpha II Commercial Belt for amenities.
