Been renting for years now, and honestly, I'm fed up. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so I'm finally taking the plunge. But yaar, market samajh nahi aa raha. Everyone glorifies New Chandigarh and Aerocity, saying "future hai", but nobody talks about current prices being super inflated. I'm seeing 3BHKs for ₹1.5Cr in Mohali (SBP Group, etc.). Is it even worth it now? Mohali International Airport expansion aur PR7 Airport Road se kitna aur badhega? Lagta hai peak pe hain. Change my mind.

Totally agree with the sentiment! ₹1.5Cr for a 3BHK in Mohali, even near the airport, is just too much. Builder hype hai bas. I saw a project by SBP Group, they were quoting similar figures, it felt like daylight robbery. Kya sach mein itna growth potential hai ki yeh prices justified hain?
Agreed, bhai. SBP ka track record bhi mixed hai. Kuch projects time pe diye hain, kuch kaafi delay hue hain. Possession status check karna bahut zaroori hai
