After years of renting, M3M Skycity is on my radar
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously looking at M3M Skycity. Fed up of renting for 8 years, landlord raised rent again, so it's time to finally take the plunge. I've heard good things about M3M's quality, but is Skycity genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? Specifically, how efficient are the layouts for a 3BHK? The carpet area feels a bit tight for the price (₹2.26 Cr–₹3.68 Cr range), and that's something most buyers miss. You really need to measure during a site visit, not just trust the brochure. What's the neighbourhood like? Are there decent schools and hospitals close by, or will daily commutes be a nightmare? Any residents or recent buyers have insights on the actual livability and daily convenience? Hope this tip about measuring carpet area helps someone else.

Bhai, M3M se bach ke raho! Quality ka toh pata nahi, but delays in possession are their trademark. My friend booked in one of their projects near Golf Course Extension and is still waiting, original possession date was 2021. For ₹2.3 Cr minimum, it's a huge risk. Carpet area ka point toh sahi hai, they always show bigger built-up.
Totally agree U2! My brother had a similar issue with an M3M project in Badshahpur.
