After years of tracking Mohali, seeing some patterns...

Visited a BPTP project in Sector 30 last weekend. Unka quoted price high laga, I'm looking for maximum deal value. Mohali mein kitna negotiate kar sakte hain, honestly? Broker bol raha hai final deal mein hidden charges bahut hote hain. Stamp duty, PLC ke alawa aur kya add hota hai total cost mein? Has anyone negotiated a significant cut recently, ya builders ab no-discount policy pe hain?

Honestly, builders in Mohali are hardly giving any big cuts these days. Max to max 2-3% if you're lucky and buying in bulk. Hidden charges are a real pain,

Same here! Mohali prices have shot up so much. BPTP toh waise bhi premium charge karta hai. Negotiate karna bahut mushkil lagta hai, I felt the same when I checked out a project near Airport Road a few months back. Lagta hai builders ne rate card fix kar liya hai.
