After years selling properties, I'm finally looking to buy my own 2BHK in Ghaziabad. My budget is around ₹80L to 1.5Cr. I know the tricks builders play, but buying for myself is a different game, yaar. Especially in the Gated Community corridor, I'm eyeing Nandini Metro Suites, Golden Shree Ganpati Residency, and SG Benefit. Off the record, which one offers better value for money and actual liveability? Carpet area differences, hidden charges, possession timeline – I know all that. But resident experience for these projects, what's the real scene? Should I stretch for SG or is Nandini a safer bet? What do you guys think?

Bhai, your post hit home! I'm in the exact same boat, first-time buyer in Ghaziabad with a similar budget. It's so confusing, all these builders make big promises but the ground reality is often different. I'm also eyeing Nandini and SG, but the price difference is significant. Kya karein, samajh nahi aa raha.
Totally agree, U1! Nandini Metro Suites ka location toh mast hai, but thoda congested lagta hai. Value for money ka funda clear nahi
