I'm in real estate myself, but buying my own 3BHK in Hyderabad is a different game altogether. My budget hai ₹80L-1.5Cr, focusing on the Affordable Housing Projects corridor. Builders ka super area vs carpet area game toh sabko pata hai. But how do you really negotiate the PLC ya other hidden charges? I know what they don't tell you, but still need buyer-side insights. Any specific projects ya builders ke saath best experience? Koi tips for legal checks or loan hacks? Hope this helps someone.
