After years selling, now buying in Akash Nagar

Are Akash Nagar property prices actually justified, or is it mostly speculation? I'm a broker myself, but buying for my family is different. Saw a 3BHK for ₹75L, but the municipal water supply and peak hour traffic near NH9 are making me think twice. Is the traffic getting worse? And how reliable is the water situation there? Any negotiation room on prices?

Bhai, Akash Nagar mein prices toh sky-high hain. Mostly speculation lagta hai. ₹75L for a 3BHK? Bahut zyada hai yaar, especially with those issues. Traffic near NH9 is already a nightmare, aur kya bigdega?

Totally agree, U1! Main toh daily NH9 se travel karta hoon office ke liye, aur subah shaam, itna block ho jaata hai ki 10 km cover karne mein bhi 45 mins lag jaate hain.
