I work in real estate but for my own place, it's different. Visited Ambience Lagoon last week. Parking allocation ka scene kya hai wahan? Lottery based hai ya reserved? Visitor parking ka kya haal hai? Off the record, security systems kitne effective hain?

Waise OP, security systems ke baare mein kuch pata chala off the record? Like, camera coverage kitna hai, ya access control kitna strict hai? Just asking because that's a major concern for families, especially in older societies where infrastructure might be dated.
Dekho, location Ambience Lagoon ki prime hai, connectivity bahut achhi hai. Agar aapko convenience chahiye aur aapko budget stretch karne mein problem nahi hai, toh it still has its advantages. But haan, it's not for the faint-hearted, especially if you're looking for a hassle-free, brand new experience. Resale value bhi depend karti hai market pe.
Mera ek friend Airport Road pe ek purana flat liya tha, 2005 ka possession tha uska. Starting mein laga ki achhi deal hai, but renovation mein itna paisa lag gaya ki new flat hi le lete. Plumbing issues, electrical wiring, dampness... sab ek-ek karke nikalte gaye. Old projects mein ye risk bahut hota hai. Ambience Lagoon bhi bahut purana hai ab toh.
Exactly what U7 said! Ambience Lagoon mein maine suna hai ki lift issues aur water leakage ki complaints aati rehti hain, especially during monsoons. Maintenance charges bhi high hain because of these constant repairs. So, U6, society manage toh karti hai but kharcha bahut hai.
Haan, old properties mein hidden costs kaafi hote hain. For a 2003 project like Ambience Lagoon, you should ideally keep aside at least 15-20% of the property value just for major overhauls over 5-7 years, apart from regular maintenance. It's a big lump sum.
Toh purane flats mein renovation aur hidden costs ka kya avg lag jata hai? Ek rough estimate toh ho, so we can factor it into the budget.
Bhai, 4.4 Cr se shuru hoke 9.3 Cr tak ja raha hai, woh bhi 2003 ke possession wale project ke liye? That's a huge amount for a first-time buyer. Itna budget toh hum soch bhi nahi sakte. Plus, itna purana project, toh maintenance aur renovation costs bhi high honge. Kya ye price justify karta hai for a property that old?
Aur maintenance ka kya scene hoga itne purane project ka? Builder to ab hath khade kar chuka hoga. Society khud manage karti hogi, right?
True, Gurgaon mein prices toh sky-high hain, especially in established areas. Badshahpur side bhi ab toh rates badh gaye hain, but not this crazy. Ambience Lagoon ki location achhi hai, no doubt, but for a 2003 property, it seems like a big gamble for a first-timer.
Guys, I've been selling properties for years, but now that it's for my own home, the pressure is real! Visited Ambience Lagoon last week. Location toh prime hai, no doubt. But parking allocation ka scene kya hai wahan? Lottery based hai ya reserved? Aur visitor parking ka kya haal hai? Off the record, security systems kitne effective hain? Sunne mein aaya hai ki kuch issues hain.
Parking ka toh lottery system hi hai mostly for older projects, ya fir pehle aao pehle paao. Lagoon mein reserved slots mushkil se milte hain, especially for more than one car. Visitor parking bhi limited hai, especially on weekends. Security ka toh har jagah issue rehta hai, but wahan pe guards thode lax hain, suna hai.
Sahi baat hai yaar, apna ghar lena sabse tough deal hoti hai. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon, same nervousness. Ambience Lagoon ka naam toh suna hai, but price range sunke hi darr lagta hai.
