Possession mili thi March mein, aur main ab Agarwal Aditya World City, Ghaziabad mein settle ho raha hoon. Jab book kiya tha, price kuch aur thi. Honestly, appreciation utna nahi hua jitna socha tha, maybe 5-7% total. Rental yield bhi expect kiya tha better. 2BHK ke liye ₹12-14k se zyada nahi mil raha, which feels low compared to my EMI. Secondary market mein koi active buyers hain kya? Lagta hai investor ratio thoda high hai, end-users kam hain. Resale potential ko lekar thoda worried hoon. Builder ka track record toh sahi hai, but is project ka long-term ROI kaisa lagta hai sabko? Should I hold or look for an exit in a couple of years? Koi first-hand experiences please share karo.

Bhai, tumhari baat bilkul sahi hai. Mai bhi Ghaziabad mein ek project dekh raha tha aur same feeling aa rahi thi. Appreciation expected se bahut kam hai, aur rental yield toh EMI ka aadha bhi nahi nikal raha. Lagta hai poore Ghaziabad ka yahi haal hai investors ki wajah se.
