Bhai, I almost booked there in 2019. Builder ne tab bhi OC ka promise kiya tha. Possession date 2020-05-01 thi na? Kaunse documents mein problem hai exactly? Is it a minor delay affecting only resale, or something serious that impacts daily living too? Totally agree, U1! I'm looking in Ahinsa Khand II and even there, ready-to-move with proper docs is cheaper. OC issues are a big red flag for me.
