Got possession of my 2BHK in Agrahara Layout from Sri Balaji Construction last month, aur abhi pata chal raha kitne extra charges hain. Builder ne bola tha all-inclusive, but society maintenance setup, power backup connection, even some initial amenity charges... sab add ho gaya. My total acquisition cost is way higher than planned. Budget ₹90L tha, ab toh ₹95L cross kar gaya. Is this normal in Bengaluru? Kaise manage karte ho yeh hidden costs, especially for investors? ROI pe seedha impact padega yaar.

Totally understand your pain, bhai! Ye hidden costs toh standard practice ho gaya hai Bengaluru mein. Builders promise the moon, but jab possession milta hai, tab asli picture dikhti hai. My friend faced similar issues in Akshayanagar last year.
