Visited a couple of 2BHKs in Agrahara Layout last weekend. Honestly, prices seem quite high, like ₹85L for an older flat, not sure if that's justified. Parents keh rahe hain negotiation karo but kitna possible hai? Also, commute ka kya scene hai? Traffic toh bohot suna hai. Water supply ka bhi tension hai, is it mostly borewell ya municipal water aata hai? Thoda nervous hoon yaar, first home hai. What do actual residents think about living there day-to-day?

Bhai, 85L for an *older* 2BHK in Agrahara? That's insane! Even for a new one, it feels steep. My friend got a decent 2BHK in Akshayanagar for 70L just last year. What's the carpet area they're quoting?
Exactly! Agrahara has become so overpriced. I saw a place there two months back, they were quoting 80L for a 10-year-
