Did a site visit to some projects in Ahinsa Khand II on Saturday, honestly, prices are making me rethink. I know the market, but ₹90L for a 3BHK there? Thoda high lag raha hai, ya it's just me? Metro connectivity kaafi hype hai, but water supply ka kya scene hai daily? Borewell ya municipal, anyone know the ground reality for Ahinsa Khand II?

Nahi bhai, it's not just you. 90L for a 3BHK in Ahinsa Khand II is definitely on the higher side. I saw some options in Ahinsa Khand 1 for less a few months back.
Exactly! I'm also a first-time buyer and the rates are just insane. Builders are not budging much even for ready-to-move. Is the Ghaziabad market really that hot right now?
