Ahuja 1: My first home, real delivery doubt.

Okay I'll be honest — everyone talks about Ahuja Builders 1 like it's some perfect completed project, but nobody really talks about the *actual* living experience. My parents keep pushing me towards it because it’s 'ready to move', but I’m genuinely skeptical. Are the apartment layouts and carpet area efficiency really as good as they claim? I mean, on paper, it looks decent, but sometimes these luxury projects cut corners with actual usable space. I'm afraid of getting a 3BHK that feels like a 2.5. Is the build quality holding up well after all these years? It's completed, but is it *genuinely* well-maintained for daily life, or just good from a distance? Tell me I'm wrong, change my mind.
