Yaar, Ahuja 4 completed toh hai, but ₹2.3 Cr se ₹5.8 Cr ka price tag Sohna ke liye thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Renting se toh nikal jaunga, but capital appreciation ka kya? Long-term ROI ka tension hai.
