Okay I'll say what no one says – AIG Aigin Royal mein investors ka crowd zyada lagta hai, end-users kam. Ready to move hai but pre-launch se real appreciation kitna mila? Mera data suggest karta hai rental yields average hain, not exceptional. Resale market mein liquidity ka issue ho sakta hai. Is this just another 'investor-driven' project? Change my mind.

Yaar, I had the same feeling. Pre-launch mein toh hype bohot tha, but ab jab ready to move hai, prices justify nahi lag rahe. End-users ke liye kya value hai agar rental yield bhi average hai?
