Noida Sector 107 – just moved into AIG Aigin Royal last month. Things nobody told me about actual project delivery quality after possession. My flat's finish isn't quite what brochures showed. Also, curious about current price trends. Did anyone else notice hidden charges post-possession? What's the real capital appreciation been?
