Aigin Royal

Did a site visit to Aigin Royal on Saturday and honestly, construction quality looked a bit off. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan, so this jump needs to be sahi. Sample flat mein amenities toh bohot dikhate hain, but possession pe kya milta hai? Is the quality worth the price jump? Not sure if Aigin Royal ki construction sahi hogi long term mein. What's your experience with their delivered projects? Especially about seepage or cracks after a year?
