Aiims Apartment: Is the floor plan genuinely efficient?
Okay I'll say what no one says – builders over-promise on 'completed' projects just as much as under-construction ones. I'm looking at Aiims Apartment, ₹1.22 Cr ka budget hai. They say it's ready, but how 'ready' is it actually? Matlab, post-possession hassles kitne the? I work in real estate, I know the super area vs carpet area games. But for my own home, I need ground reality. Specifically, Aiims Apartment ka floor plan, is it genuinely efficient for daily living? Yaar, brochures mein sab achha lagta hai, but actual carpet area mein space kitni milti hai? Are the amenities like gym, common areas actually maintained well, or just for show? Noise levels, air quality… yeh sab off the record kya scene hai? Change my mind if you think it’s genuinely a good home.

Totally agree with the original poster! 'Ready-to-move' is often just a marketing gimmick these days. My friend bought in Alistonia Estate, they said 'ready' but the club house was still under construction for months after possession. Aiims Apartment ka bhi yahi scene lag raha hai kya? Super area vs carpet area ka game toh har jagah hai.
Exactly! My cousin faced something similar with a project near Alpha I Greater Noida. They got possession but no water connection for a month. Aiims ke
