Aiims Apartment — looking at this project for an upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of moving to a 3BHK. This place is around ₹1.22 Cr, which is a decent jump. My main concern is, is it actually good to live in daily, ya bas on paper acha hai? Kaisa hai neighbourhood, like schools aur markets paas mein hain kya? Aur community vibe kaisi hai? Friendly log hain ya isolated feel hota hai? Already have a home loan, so this premium needs to be justified. Any actual resident experiences would be super helpful.

Bhai, 1.22 Cr for Aiims Apartment is a big amount, especially when you already have a loan. I also checked it out, the location seems good on maps but is it really worth that premium? Nearby schools and shops ka kya scene hai? I'm looking at places in Alpha I Greater Noida too, and they seem more value for money.
