Actually, Stellar ke kuch projects time pe bhi deliver hue hain, especially in the Alistonia Estate area. Kya aapke friend ka project bhi Stellar Kings Court hi hai? Har project ka alag issue ho sakta hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend Stellar ke ek project mein phas gaya tha near Alpha II. 3 saal ho gaye, possession ka naam nahi. Builder bas dates pe dates deta rehta hai. Uska toh pura investment stuck hai, ab rent bhi de raha hai aur EMI bhi. Bohot stressful hai yaar.
