₹65 lakh for a 2BHK near AIIMS Rajkot? I was shocked. After years of paying rent, I'm finally taking the plunge. My landlord just raised rent again, so I'm done. I've been checking out areas like Mota Mava and Kalawad Road. It seems like the AIIMS and 150 Feet Ring Road expansion really pushed prices up. I found a 2BHK in Mota Mava for ₹65L. Is this the new normal for areas near these big infrastructure projects? Should I just accept these prices now, or will they eventually cool down? Any advice on finding value in these "hot" zones would be super helpful.

Bhai, 65L for a 2BHK in Mota Mava is insane! I saw a similar one for 50L just last year near Kalawad Road. AIIMS ka hype bahut zyada ho gaya hai, prices out of control lag rahe hain.
Totally agree with you! 50L was the max I was expecting for a good 2BHK. Yeh toh budget se bahar hai, ab kya karein?
