Builders often give one figure, but real-world costs can be quite different, especially with older completed complexes like this one. What are residents actually paying monthly for common area upkeep, security, and lift maintenance? Is there any hidden charge that usually pops up later, like for parking or specific amenities? Also, hospital access kitna easy hai from here? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly or isolated? Want something manageable and peaceful. Any insights would be super helpful, especially about these overlooked costs.
