Okay I'll be honest — I'm leaning towards ready-to-move flats only. Heard too many horror stories of possession delays. I'm looking at Noida mein Ajnara The Belvedere and Aims AMG Resi Complex 3. Aims AMG is completed, so that's a plus, right? But Belvedere looks nicer in pics, tbh. Is the risk of under-construction really worth it for potentially higher appreciation? My parents keep saying ready to move lo, peace of mind rahega. What's the real price difference after adding PLC and all that? And what about carpet area? Which one gives more usable space? Honestly not sure. Any thoughts from people who have invested in either? Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Hope this helps someone.
Kids have moved out, so I'm selling my big house. Looking at smaller flats in Noida. Shortlisted Purvanchal Silver Estate and Aims AMG Resi Complex 3. Honestly not sure which to pick. Aims AMG is ready to move, which is a big plus since I don't want to wait. But the maintenance charges they're quoting are insane! Anyone else living there? Is it worth the convenience? Purvanchal is under construction, so the risk is there, but the PLC charges seem lower. Is the carpet area actually bigger in Purvanchal or is it just brochure talk? Want something manageable but I'm worried about getting ripped off. Resale of existing property is almost done, need to decide soon. What did you guys do?
