₹99.35 lakh for a 2BHK at Aims Angel Golf Avenue II – is the livability real? I work in RE, so I see through builder marketing. Everyone glorifies the golf view, but what about actual amenity usage? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Are the pool, gym genuinely maintained, ya sirf for show? Most projects mein amenities sirf paper pe acchi lagti hain. Change my mind.

Bhai, exactly! ₹99 lakh for a 2BHK, that too for a 'golf view' jisko kaun hi use karta hai. I'm also looking for my first home, and this 'amenity check' is crucial.
