Hi everyone, I'm confused between Aims Green Avenue and SubhSantosh Nirman Apartments in Noida. Aims Green Avenue toh ready-to-move hai but the price seems high. What do you think about the location of both? SubhSantosh Nirman ka construction quality kaisa hai? Has anyone invested in either? Which one would give better ROI in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya Aims ka resale value achha hai? What's your take?

U2, SubhSantosh Nirman ka location wise connectivity theek hai, but us area mein traffic issue rehta hai peak hours mein. Aur haan, 2014 ka possession hai toh society funds aur
