Aims Green Avenue vs SubhSantosh: Which is better for investment?
I'm confused between Aims Green Avenue and SubhSantosh Nirman Apartments in Noida. Aims Green Avenue is ready to move, but the price is quite high. What do you think about the location of both? Aims Green Avenue ka connectivity kaisa hai, metro se door toh nahi hai? Is it worth the high price tag considering it's already completed? Kya SubhSantosh Nirman Apartments mein koi issues toh nahi hain? Also, what about the construction quality of Aims Green Avenue? Has anyone experienced any problems? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one would give better ROI in the long run? Not sure which one to choose. What's your take?

Bhai, Aims Green Avenue ka price sunke hi darr lag raha hai. ₹62 L se ₹89 L for a 2020 possession? UPRERAPRJ7262 toh theek hai, but itna high premium for ready-to-move? Kya is builder ka koi track record hai Noida mein? Maine suna hai kuch builders baad mein maintenance issues create karte hain. What do you guys think?
