AIPL Rhythm Residences 2 pe invest karna, sahi decision hai?
AIPL ka delivery track record thoda mixed lag raha hai, honestly. I'm looking at AIPL Rhythm Residences 2 as an investment option, but builder ka past performance dekh ke thoda tension ho rahi hai. Launch se price kitna move hua hai is project ka? And iska resale market kitna liquid hai? Matlab, agar 4-5 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyers mil jayenge easily? I'm hoping for some decent capital appreciation, but delivery delays se ROI pe farak padta hai na. Any experiences with AIPL's past projects in Gurgaon? Kya time pe handover karte hain ya bahut late hota hai? Really need some genuine insights here. My budget is tight, so I can't afford big risks. Agar koi negotiation tips ya hidden costs ke baare mein bata de, toh sahi rahega. Hope this helps someone else too.

Yaar, totally agree with the OP. AIPL ka track record sunke hi darr lagta hai. Rhythm Residences 2 mein bhi same issue na ho jaye.

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. I've heard stories about their project near Badshahpur, delays were crazy. Has anyone actually gotten possession from AIPL on time in Gurgaon recently?
