Honestly, I thought investing in AIPL Rhythm Residences 2 was a no-brainer, but now I'm having second thoughts. Possession was 3 months back, aur ab jab market dekhta hoon, I'm not seeing much capital appreciation from my pre-launch price. What's the real rental yield people are getting here? I'm barely getting ₹35k for a 2BHK. Is the resale market liquid enough for a good exit in 3-5 years? Yaar, thoda concerned hoon about long-term ROI. Has anyone else faced this?

Yaar, I totally get where you're coming from. My 2BHK in Rhythm Residences 2 also got possession recently and the rent I'm getting is barely covering half my EMI. Ab lag raha hai thoda rush kar diya.
Same here U1! Mera bhi 38k chal raha hai for a 2BHK. Capital appreciation toh zero dikh rahi hai. Soch raha hoon kya karein, hold karein ya exit ka plan banayein?
