Airport Road upgrade: Are the hidden costs too much?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats for an upgrade, currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57 but thinking of a 3BHK or villa near Airport Road. The prices there are honestly insane, tbh. I saw a couple of projects, M3M Urbana and maybe Godrej Summit, but the quotes felt really high. With an existing home loan, I'm trying to figure out if the price jump is worth it. What are the hidden costs people actually faced after moving into places like these? Not just maintenance, but like, unexpected charges or issues with utilities? Also, the resale market there – is it easy to sell if plans change? I don't want to get stuck with a property that's hard to move later. Any experiences with actual premiums or discounts when selling an apartment or villa in that area?
