Airport Road's glossy brochures hide daily struggles

Is it just me, or do Airport Road brochures completely ignore the ground reality for daily living? I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, but yaar, water supply ka kya scene hai wahan? Mostly borewell ya tanker dependency? And peak-hour traffic? Is it really a nightmare, ya sirf myths hain? Trying to do my EMI vs rent math, but these hidden costs are confusing. Koi asli resident batao, how bad is it?
