₹30k in rent every month is just burning cash, I'm finally taking the plunge into buying. Looking at places in Pune, specifically Aishwaryam Anand. Has anyone bought there? I'm worried about construction quality – like, do cracks show up after a year? Also, their brochure amenities look great, but is the clubhouse actually functional? Or do they just tick boxes? Any real experiences with maintenance after possession would be super helpful. Don't want to get stuck with a ghost facility. Is it worth it?

Yaar, Aishwaryam projects ka track record mixed hai. Especially construction quality pe sunne mein aaya hai issues. Did you check their previous projects? Kahin baad mein regret na ho jaye.
Haan, common hai, especially if drainage is poor or external plaster work isn't done properly. Builders sometimes cut corners there. Check reviews specifically for water leakage issues.

Sahi keh rahe ho. My friend bought in their Akurdi project 3 years back, walls developed dampness within a year. Builder ne kuch khaas help nahi ki. Be careful.
