Just moved into Ajay Enterprises in Aminabad last month, and these maintenance charges are wild. They never mentioned half these 'additional' costs during booking or even at possession. My 3BHK felt like a decent deal at ₹85L, but now with unexplained amenity charges and power backup, it's easily an extra ₹5-6k every month. How is this even allowed? Did anyone else face this with Ajay Enterprises or other builders in Noida Extension? What did you do?
