Ajnara Ambrosia mein investment ka soch raha hoon. Completed project hai, but capital appreciation ka kya track record hai? Launched prices se abhi tak kitna jump hua hai? I'm eyeing a 2BHK, around ₹85L tak ka budget hai. Rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain actual mein? Honestly, not sure if this is the right time. My parents keep saying market volatile hai, ab samajh nahi aa raha long-term wealth creation ke liye sahi hai kya.
Ajnara Ambrosia mein daily life ka experience kaisa hai, sach mein? Just moved in last month, aur abhi bhi adjust kar raha hoon. Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly ya isolated? Aur neighborhood mein schools, hospitals kitne convenient hain? Brochure mein sab sahi lagta hai, but real picture kya hai?
What's the actual rental yield from Ajnara Ambrosia in Greater Noida right now? I'm looking at a 2BHK unit there, and the numbers on paper seem okay, but I've seen discrepancies before. From my experience, completed projects can be tricky for capital appreciation if you're not in early. Is the resale market liquid enough? I'm thinking long-term wealth creation, maybe a 5-7 year hold. My concern is the exit strategy; who's buying in the secondary market there? I'm trying to calculate the real ROI after all expenses. Any owners or agents with actual transaction data would be super helpful. Just want to make sure it's a calculated risk.
Maintenance charges in Gold The Royal 107 are seriously making me regret. Just moved in last month. Ajnara Ambrosia ke floor plans better the kya? Wahan pe end-user ratio kaisa hai, ghost society ka dar hai ya nahi?
Is Ajnara Ambrosia's amenity quality really what they showed in brochures? The club house looks nothing like it, and the gym equipment is minimal. Did anyone else feel misled after possession?
Lotus Greens Isle is super expensive. Ajnara Ambrosia seems better ROI, considering it's ready. Carpet area bhi zyada hoga shayad. What do you guys think? Is it worth it?
Been checking Ajnara Ambrosia and Capital Ultratechomes Aryavan. Ambrosia looks premium, but is it worth the extra cost? Carpet area sahi hai kya? Already have a 2BHK... confused about upgrading. Thoughts?
Okay I'll say what no one says: Ajnara Ambrosia's green area is a lie. Sampada Shramdeep, though older, feels safer for the children. Change my mind. Which has better schools nearby?
Since January I've been checking out Noida properties. Need at least 3BHK. Max Estate 128 II is upcoming, so OC risk hai. Ajnara Ambrosia toh ready hai, but carpet area kitna milega? Kids' school admission bhi dekhna hai. Which would you pick for a family?
Fed up of renting. Ajnara Ambrosia ya Reserve Bank Aashiana Apartments, which one is better? Kya kisi ko pata hai which has more usable space? Also, resale value wise, which one's sahi hai?
