I've heard stories about past project deliveries, sometimes involving delays or quality concerns. For a completed project like Belvedere Phase 1, the question becomes: how does that history translate to actual livability and the end-user experience today? Are residents facing issues with maintenance, common areas, or general upkeep? Does the initial build quality hold up years later? These are practical aspects that directly impact daily life, not just initial price. Given the mixed reputation, my take is this: while the project is complete and offers a certain price point, it's absolutely essential to visit, talk to current residents if possible, and scrutinize the build quality and common facilities yourself.
