Bhai, Ajnara City ka naam toh sunna hai, but 'flashy amenities' sunke darr lagta hai. Often these builders show great models but actual maintenance is a nightmare. Livability ke liye toh daily issues matter karte hain, not just the swimming pool. What's the actual maintenance cost and quality there?
