Honestly, I'm completely fed up with renting; landlord just hiked it again. Finally thinking of buying something in Noida, maybe Ajnara City. It's completed and the price range of ₹24.03 L–₹32.09 L looks okay for a 1BHK/2BHK. But as an investor, I'm really concerned about the ROI. What's the actual rental yield people are getting there? Matlab, kitna rent nikal jaata hai monthly? Is the capital appreciation decent post-completion, ya flat hi hai? I'm worried about resale market liquidity bhi. Kahin paisa phans na jaaye. Any experiences with selling there? Investor ratio high hai kya, making it a ghost society? Not sure if it’s a good long-term bet.
