2 months into my Ajnara Homes flat, I'm already seeing small cracks near the windows and some dampness in one bathroom. Possession was in March, and honestly, the finish quality isn't what was shown during site visits. Fittings feel cheap, too. Is this normal for new projects in Noida? We're paying ₹7800 in maintenance, but the service response for these issues feels really slow. Wondering if others have faced similar construction quality issues or if I'm just unlucky? Should I push harder with the management?

Oh no, this is concerning. Ajnara Homes toh kaafi hyped tha. Did you check their RERA details properly before booking?

Yaar, same pinch! My flat in another Ajnara project (not Homes, but same builder) also had dampness after the first monsoon. Builder quality is a real lottery these days.
