Ajnara Khel Gaon: Real family life vs. brochure promises?

Is Ajnara Khel Gaon actually good for families, or just looks good on paper? We're a family of four, desperately need to upgrade to a 3BHK. Our current place is bursting at the seams, and Ajnara Khel Gaon seems like a decent option, especially being completed at that price point. But I'm really wary of sales pitches. My wife's priority is a good school for the kids nearby, and overall safety is huge for us. Are the amenities like the clubhouse and sports grounds actually well-maintained and usable? Or are they mostly ignored after possession? What's the real neighbourhood vibe like for daily needs – markets, doctors? Any current residents or past visitors, please share your honest experience. It's a big decision for us.
