I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading. Did a site visit to both Ajnara London Square and RRPS01 YEIDA last weekend. Ajnara is ready to move, which is a big plus, but RRPS01 is way cheaper per sqft. Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big factor. Ajnara is almost complete, so you know what you're getting, right? But RRPS01 has better amenities on paper. Is the future appreciation potential of RRPS01 worth the risk of under-construction delays? Also, carpet area efficiency feels slightly better in Ajnara. What's your take on resale value in both? Which one would be a better investment for, say, 5 years? Any thoughts?
I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Ajnara London Square completion seems less risky than under-construction projects, right? Home and Soul Beetle Lap looks good, but carpet area efficiency matters more to me. Anyone invested in either? Which has better rental potential? Need advice!
Ajnara is ready to move, toh registry ka tension nahi hai. Palm Olympia mein, price maybe kam ho... but possession kab milega? Family ke liye, OC is key, right? What do you think?
I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar! I'm confused between Ajnara London Square and Unnati The Aranya. Ajnara is in Greater Noida, so connectivity thoda issue hai. Unnati is in Noida proper. But Ajnara mein price per sqft is less. Is it worth going far for that? Also, Unnati ka maintenance charges kya hai? Someone told me it's quite high. Need opinions from people living there. Which one would you pick and why?
Ajnara London Square in Greater Noida looks cheaper, but is it *really* when you factor in the commute? I work in Noida, so that's a daily thing. Unnati The Aranya in Noida is closer, but the price per sqft is higher. Honestly not sure which way to go. Is the rental potential better in one versus the other? Which has better resale value down the line? What does the community think?
