Ajnara or Supertech: Which is better for investment?

Guys, I'm confused between Ajnara and Supertech projects in Noida. Which one do you think is better for investment, especially considering the ROI? Has anyone experienced any delays with Supertech projects recently? Ajnara ka construction quality kaisa hai, friends? I'm looking at 2BHK options near Sector 74. Mujhe advice chahiye about which builder has better resale value in the long run. Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Thanks!
