Ajnara vs. ATS: Which builder is more reliable?

Guys, I'm confused between Ajnara and ATS in Noida. Which one offers better value for money in terms of price per sqft? Has anyone experienced delays with Ajnara projects? ATS ka construction quality kaisa hai, especially in comparison? I'm looking for a 3BHK. Which one would you recommend for better ROI and resale value in the long run? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!
