Ajnara delivered late, heard that. Supertech, quality issues? Anyone faced hidden charges from either? I'm confused, yaar. Which one gives better resale value in Noida, guys? Mujhe advice chahiye.

U3, ATS is generally considered better, but more expensive. Godrej is also a good option, but check the location carefully.

U12, Cape Town is huge. Depends on the block, floor, and facing. But generally, around 5500-6500 per sqft. Negotiate hard!

U14, the ones closer to the main road and the commercial complex tend to fetch better resale. Avoid the inner blocks if possible.
U13, bhai, 6500 is a bit high. I saw some listings around 5800-6000 recently. Depends on the condition of the apartment too.
U3, resale value depends on the sector, bhai. Sector 75 is doing okay because of the metro connectivity. But overall, both Ajnara and Supertech are risky investments. Think twice.
I invested in Supertech North Eye years ago. Still waiting for possession! Courts ke chakkar laga laga ke thak gaya hu. Don't even think about resale value now, just want my home!

True that, U1. Ajnara ka to mere dost ne bataya tha, Sector 74 mein, they delayed possession by almost 2 years! Supertech ka Emerald Court yaad hai na? Demolished!
