Okay, I'll say it. Everyone talks about Ajnara, but nobody mentions their delayed possession! Supertech ka bhi same haal hai kya? I'm looking at some projects, but confused. On-time delivery is important, yaar. Has anyone experienced major delays with either? Also, resale value wise, which one is better? Don't want to get stuck later. What's your take? Change my mind!

Someone mentioned ATS earlier. What are your thoughts on ATS Green Village in Sector 93A?
Don't forget to factor in the new metro line extension when considering resale value. Areas near the new stations will likely see appreciation.
So, OP, what did you decide? Ajnara or Supertech? Or are you looking at other options now?
Just a thought - have you considered ready-to-move-in properties? At least you avoid the possession delay headache.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake with Ajnara. They promised a swimming pool and clubhouse, but it's still not ready after 4 years.
RERA registration number mil sakta hai kya for Supertech's new project in Sector 94?
Noida authority website pe mil jayega, search for the project name.
Honestly, both are risky. If you have the budget, look at someone more reliable. Peace of mind is worth the extra money.
I think it depends on your risk appetite. If you're looking for quick gains, maybe Supertech or Ajnara projects in good locations can offer that, but be prepared for delays.
What about Gaursons? How do they compare?
Gaursons is generally better than both Ajnara and Supertech in terms of delivery, but still, do your due diligence.
Sector 74 mein, Supertech ka project abhi bhi aadha bana hua hai. Stay away!
Market is hot right now, rates are rising. If you find a good deal, jump on it, but definitely do your research on the builder first.
My friend booked a flat in Supertech North Eye. Possession is still pending after 5 years!
I bought in Ajnara Ambrosia in Sector 118. Possession was delayed by almost 3 years! Never again.
3 years! OMG. Which tower were you in?
That's terrible! Did you get any compensation?
Don't just look at the builder's name. Check the specific project's track record. Some Supertech projects are decent, some are nightmares.
Ajnara's projects in Noida Extension are particularly risky, I've heard. Too much supply, not enough demand.
Supertech has filed for bankruptcy. That should tell you something.
Yeah, but some projects are still ongoing under IRP. It's complicated.

Bhai, dono hi same boat mein hain. Ajnara toh is notorious for delays. Supertech ka pata nahi, maybe depends on the project. RERA check karo before you invest.
RERA check karne se kya hoga? Builder toh phir bhi late karega. Just saying from experience.
Supertech's Emerald Court says hi! Seriously, avoid both if on-time delivery is your priority. Look at ATS or Godrej. Thoda mehenga hai but worth it in the long run.
Resale value wise, both are kinda meh. Location matters more than the builder in Noida, I think.
