Ajnara Cyber Heights mein I invested back in 2014. Still no sign of OC. They promised possession in 2017. 7 saal late! My EMI is killing me, aur ghar ka rent alag. Customer support? Forget about it. No response. RERA mein complaint karna ka bhi koi fayda nahi dikh raha. Anyone else facing this? What did you guys do? Should I just sell at a loss?

Remember to document everything! All communication with the builder, payment receipts, RERA filings... everything.
With property rates going up in Noida, maybe selling at a loss won't be as bad as you think. Get a valuation done first.
So, what's the latest update? Did you decide to sell or are you still fighting?
This is a cautionary tale for all first-time buyers. Do your due diligence before investing in any project, especially with these builders.
RERA complaint mein kya likha tha? Did you mention the exact clauses that were violated? The more specific you are, the better.
Yaar, builders are all the same. Promise everything, deliver nothing. This is why I'm sticking to resale properties. At least you know what you're getting.
Don't lose hope! Keep fighting. Maybe join a group of other investors facing the same issue. Strength in numbers!
I heard some positive news about a resolution for another Ajnara project. Maybe things will improve for Cyber Heights too.
EMI aur rent dono? That's a killer combo, bhai. Kitna EMI jaa raha hai per month?
Haan yaar, double whammy. That's why I'm suggesting explore every option before selling.
Ajnara ka track record bahut kharab hai. I would never invest in their projects. Be careful, everyone. Do your research.
Which floor is your unit on? And what's the sq ft area? Knowing the specifics might help in evaluating the resale value.
Good point, U14. Location within the project matters a lot.
Anyone know what's the current rate per sq ft in Sector 143B?
Last I checked, it was around 5k-6k per sq ft depending on the project and floor.
I heard Ajnara went bankrupt or something. Is that true?
Not bankrupt yet, but they're definitely facing financial difficulties. Multiple projects are stalled.
Yeah, financial problems are there. That's why the delays. But bankrupt is a strong word, maybe restructuring is happening.
Mera bhi same experience tha with Amrapali 5 years ago. I ended up selling at a loss just to get rid of the headache. Mental peace is worth something, you know?
Sector 143B is a developing area. Once the metro line is fully operational, prices might go up. Hold on if you can.
Bhai, 7 saal? That's insane! Ajnara ka naam toh suna tha kharab hai, but this is next level. I invested in Supertech back in the day, same story. RERA complaint file karo, keep pushing. Don't sell at a loss unless absolutely necessary.
Totally agree with U1. Ajnara is notorious. Check RERA registration number and see what the latest status is. They probably have multiple violations. Selling at a loss should be the last resort.
Ajnara Cyber Heights? Sector 143B? I know someone who invested there too. He's facing the same issue. Did you try approaching the consumer forum? RERA is useless, honestly.
Consumer forum is a good option, U3. RERA sirf builder ke side pe hai.
Exactly! RERA is a joke. They're supposed to protect buyers, but they're just a toothless tiger.
Don't sell at a loss! Explore legal options first. There are lawyers specializing in RERA cases. It might cost you, but it's better than losing your hard-earned money.
