Not proud of this, but the Ak Apartment possession experience wasn't smooth. I just moved into my 1BHK last month. Builder ne bola tha sab set ho jayega, but bahut finishing issues they, especially bathroom fittings. Abhi bhi kuch cheezein pending hain, team ko follow-up karna pad raha hai constantly. Daily life toh theek hai, nearby market aur schools hain, which is convenient. But society mein maintenance kaafi slow hai. Kya ye sab societies mein common hai after possession? Has anyone else faced this with Ak Apartment?

Totally agree with you! Mera friend bhi Alaknanda mein ek project mein phasa tha. Builder ne possession ke time jo haalat kari thi, he had to spend extra 2 lakhs on interiors and fittings. Maintenance ka bhi same haal hai, they just don't care after
Oh no, yaar! Ak Apartment se ye sunke darr lag raha hai. Hum bhi soch rahe the wahan dekhne ka. Finishing issues toh har jagah sunne ko mil rahe hain, is it really this bad everywhere?
