AKS Rose 4, Sarthak Homes — which has better resale?
Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. I'm looking at smaller apartments, maybe around Noida. Resale of my existing property is key. I'm seeing AKS Rose 4 in Greater Noida, but it's still under construction. Honestly not sure if I want the headache. Sarthak Homes is ready, but is the resale value actually good? I heard the carpet area in AKS is a bit better for the price. I'm also thinking about the amenities; will I even use a gym at this age? Hospital proximity matters more. Anyone have experience with resale in Sarthak Homes? Is it worth it, or should I gamble on AKS Rose 4 appreciating in value? What's the actual resale market like there?

Bhai, under-construction ka risk toh hamesha rehta hai, especially with these smaller builders. AKS Rose 4 ka possession date 2025 April hai, that's still quite far. Kya pata aur delay ho jaaye? Sarthak Homes ready hai toh peace of mind milega for sure. Resale ka toh Noida mein thoda tough scene hai abhi, market thoda down hi chal raha hai.
