Akshaya Bliss construction quality is disappointing
₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Akshaya Bliss, and I'm seeing hairline cracks after just one year. My current 2BHK, which cost way less, feels sturdier. Maintenance charges are insane, but the lift breaks down weekly, and seepage is an issue. Is this normal for premium projects in Bengaluru? Should I expect this for a new flat? Feels like I'm paying premium for basic problems. What were your experiences with quality and maintenance? How did you handle such issues?

Totally relate to the frustration. I booked a flat 2 years ago in Adigara Kallahalli and the maintenance charges are a black hole. They promise the world during booking, but after possession, it's a constant battle. Ye Bangalore ka standard ho gaya hai for new projects, unfortunately. Always factor in hidden costs and potential repair headaches.
Sahi kaha, hidden costs are a nightmare. Maintenance charges, club house fees, parking... sab chupa ke rakhte hain. Due diligence is key, but even then, builders find ways to cut corners
1.2 Cr for 3BHK? Akshaya Bliss is showing ₹3.3 Cr+ for me. Is this an older project or different one? If you're getting such bad quality at that price, it's a huge red flag. Which specific Akshaya project are you referring to, if not the upcoming Bliss?
Agree with the confusion. But regardless of the project, the issues mentioned are classic builder problems. Hairline cracks, lift breakdown, seepage... yeh toh har dusre project ki kahani hai. Quality control is a joke now.
Bhai, 1.2 Cr mein 3BHK premium project mein aajkal impossible hai. I saw a 2BHK in Aavalahalli for 90L last year, and that wasn't even premium. Lagta hai koi confusion hai project name mein. Otherwise, it's a very old resale property, not a new one.
Oh no, this is so disheartening to hear. Even if it's a different project, builder quality issues are becoming way too common. My friend faced similar problems in his new flat near Akshayanagar.
Bhai, Akshaya Bliss toh abhi UPCOMING project hai na? Possession date 2026-06-01 dikha raha hai. Aur price range bhi ₹3.3 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr hai. Are you sure you're talking about the same Akshaya Bliss? Thoda confusion lag raha hai.
Haan yaar, I also checked. The project details are completely different from what's mentioned in the post. Ho sakta hai kisi aur Akshaya project ki baat kar rahe hon. Akshaya builders ke kaafi projects hain Bengaluru mein, but 'Akshaya Bliss' with these specs is definitely upcoming.
Exactly! Akshaya Bliss ka RERA Not Applicable hai aur possession 2026. This doesn't sound like the project you're talking about. Maybe a different Akshaya builder or an older project from them? Please clarify.
