Akshaya Bliss construction quality is disappointing

₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Akshaya Bliss, and I'm seeing hairline cracks after just one year. My current 2BHK, which cost way less, feels sturdier. Maintenance charges are insane, but the lift breaks down weekly, and seepage is an issue. Is this normal for premium projects in Bengaluru? Should I expect this for a new flat? Feels like I'm paying premium for basic problems. What were your experiences with quality and maintenance? How did you handle such issues?
