Akshayanagar: Hidden costs and real price negotiation?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – Akshayanagar's on my radar. Seeing 2BHKs ₹85L-₹95L. Is that justified, or can I negotiate? What's daily life actually like there? My parents are worried about water supply, is tanker dependency a big deal? Any hidden costs after moving in?

Akshayanagar mein 85-95L for 2BHK sounds a bit high, no? I saw similar configurations in Adigara Kallahalli for much less just a few months back. Negotiation ka scope toh hona chahiye, but builders usually play hardball. Is this just the new normal for South Bengaluru?

Totally agree with you! Adigara Kallahalli is definitely more value for money right now, but connectivity is a slight issue there.
