Did a quick market scan for low-ticket investments in Gurgaon yesterday. ALD Green Park 2's low pricing is attractive, but my gut says it's too good to be true for an investor. From my experience, affordable segment projects often struggle with capital appreciation. Kya lagta hai, iska real ROI potential kitna hoga, considering the builder's past delivery timelines? I'm worried about the resale market liquidity too. Is there even an active secondary market for such units after 5-7 years? Not sure if the low entry point justifies the potential exit risk for long-term wealth creation. Should I even bother, ya just forget it?
